Dear sir/ mame
On 5th od oct 2017 i have canceled one of my order on paytm for which i had paid inr 24938₹ from my bank debit card. Immediately pop up msg saying that your refund was successfully done. But my bank account has not been credited by paytm. When i send several mails about query behalf of my refund they reply with some ARN number and stating to query with my bank. But my bank denied for such ARN number is valid. After that no feedback from the company yet neither they hav any real customer service where i can talk to real person and discuss the matter. Where my 24938 ₹got stucked there is no update on this. Plz help me out and have concern on my issue to get my money refund. Thanks in advance.
