Hi,

I have purchased an “IFB Eva Aqua VX 5.5 kg Front Load Fully Automatic Washing Machine (White)” from Paytm on 29th July, 2015. After 2 hours of order I found that the order has been shipped. But even after 10 days the product is not delivered which should be delivered in 9 days as mentioned. When I complain the customer care they said because of missing some paperwork the shipment was stopped at Mumbai and in a day it will be delivered. The next day I found that product was delivered in Navi Mumbai whereas it should be delivered to Bangalore(My Address). I complained to customer care about this, they said issue will be resolved in 72 hours. It is more than 5 days since I complain about this but the issue is not resolved and customer care is not picking the calls at all. I have all the invoices required showing the amount I paid, address I have mentioned and invoice of the delivery. Please help me getting my money back.
