I book bus tickets through PAYTM website on 01-08-2015 having oerder no – 1139205106. date of travel of journey was 02-08-2015 but due to some problem Punjab roadways cancelled there bus for that particular day. i register complaint same day on PAYTM about bus cancelled and keep sending reminder mails to them. initially they give reply that they are looking the matter but now they are not responding and also not giving me my refund.
