Paytm – Not letting me replace the product

I bought Asus FX553 Laptop on 24th of june, I received it on 6th July. The laptop doesn’t work on battery and further shows battery not detected.

From the same day I have been trying to mark replacement for the product as it is in 10 days replacement policy, but clicking on replacement button, the page opens up blank and no option further to replace.

It has been 5 days since I have raised the complaint about this to paytm with reference no. 33251013, 33256707 but they have not yet rectified the issue and also say that they cannot mark the replacement and only can be done through website. I have only 1 days left for replacement.
