I am very distressed due to behaviour of Paytm company.
I have done lots of try/call/mails/complains but there is no use and not a single reply/call from Paytm.
As per my trail mail, which I have sent to Paytm, I have booked IFB washing machine on 23rd September and should be delivered to me on 5th of October.
But till now I have not received product. After that I have done many follow up and complain but no use.
Now I have cancelled my product but that is also in pending status and they are not cancelling.
I have also logged complain in consumer helpline (complain no. 459672) but Not Process Yet.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
