I have purchased a bag pack order no 3863238867. The expected delivery date is 2-5 October after that I registered complaints 4 time but customers care executive not giving any answers they are just telling me that it will deliver soon even when I talked with there senior executives they cut my call. It cost me loss of my mobile balance and im mentally harassed by these behavior of paytm. I don’t when I will get my order and they are not even making cancellation and instant refund. Pl do need full.
