Hello Sir,

I have placed order on 8th September,2017. And today it’s 9th october.

I have placed order with 10 different products. But I received only 8 items. So I filed complaint for rest 2 products.

16th September (your reply):

I understand that you have not received item NAVRATNA ALMOND COOL HAIR OIL 100ML PACK OF 2 which was part of your Order 3787392881.

We will investigate and take action so that this doesn’t happen in future.

We are refunding your amount INR 86 (after cashback adjustment) paid for item 4034369489.

24th September (your reply):

“Dear Jinal,

I understand you have a concern regarding your order 3787392881.

As per our concern team, we would like to inform you that your product will be delivered within next 2-3 days.

Should you need any further assistance, please let me know.”

Today I received an email stating that my issue has been resolved. But I didn’t receive any product or any kind of refunds.

Can anyone help me in this issue ?
