Made Prepayment:8246.00, They sent a confirmation email saying that this product will be deliver on 21st july 2015.Also I have received 50% cashback as per promo offer. But still today I have not received my product.For that I have contacted several times with paytm and their courier company( SAFEEXPRESS) for last 15 days and nobody cares for my problem.
Everyday they send email for another 24-48-72 hours extension period for any update.Finally I don’t think that I might receive that product in near future. Please guide me how to escalate this issue to get my product or refund.
