I have ordered an dabur honey from paytm
order no.-4314933102
While making a payment some how payment got failed on app and customer executive is lied to me about the offer then i read the whole message sent by paytm as follows-
Congratulations ! You have received a new promocode worth Rs. 100 applicable on Paytm Mall App. Download the Mall App (http://p-y.tm/z2HK9yVGt) and use Code MALJUUUNAAVPPQU.
Promocode is only applicable from 2017-11-30 19:14:09 to 2017-12-30 19:14:09
After providing details customer service executive was not
Able to provide proper details and giving illogical excuse
As it was applied though i didn’t get the order
I feel like cheated
