Paytm – proper product not delievered even after placing order for more than 60 days.

Hi

I booked a online Sony 32 inch LED TV with Paytm dated on July 25 with order no: 1125454115. I received 28 inch instead of 32 inch on Aug 4th. I asked Paytm to collect the product back as this is not the intended product I ordered. It’s been more than 20 days, since they collected back the wrong product, till now I didn’t received the ordered TV.

whenever I call Paytm customer care, I received the same answer saying they have raised a complaint with the concerned team to resolve this issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hrs. Till today they didn’t resolved this. I think they are fooling the customers by delivering low end products instead of ordered now.

Through this forum, I would like to raise a consumer complaint on paytm. could you please help me raise this issue. So that no one should suffer like me in future from online companies like PAYTM.
