Paytm – Raising My Grievance through your Platform Regarding Wrong Product received by Paytm and not accepting the fact and Refunding My Hard earned Mone

Dear Sir,
I am Rohit Kumar (registered with paytm id : – [email protected]) , I had placed an order vide order no :2596607731 with paytm on 17 Jan 2017 for Lenovo G50-80(80E502Q8IH) Laptop making a payment through a HDFC credit card.
On 19 Jan 2017 I had received a packet well packed and on it containing the detail of the laptop the order for which I had placed thereby not creating any suspicious feeling that it may contain any other thing beside the laptop which I had ordered.
When I had opened the packet I was shocked to notice that there was no laptop instead it contains 8 small glass flower pot. Instantaneously I had raised my grievance on the same date with paytm customer care representative they had assured me of full assurance on that in helping to get the right product which I had ordered or refund of my money and in return they had asked my full co-operation.
I had fully co-operated with them and provided to them each and every detail being asked for like images of the wrong product ,Outer packing , an undertaking letter both via registered email id and twitter and they had provided me the ticket no of my grievance(Ticket no:19500256). After 2 days when i become curious of not receiving any email from paytm and when I followed up the paytm customer representative regarding my grievance through ticket no which they had provided they continuously ended up saying that the matter is being investigated by their investigating team.
After 11 days of raising the grievance and continuous follow up I had received an email from paytm care stating that correct product has been delivered to me according to the paytm investigation team and to justify their claim they had send an attachment of POD(Proof of Delivery).
As per my understanding Proof of delivery can only confirm whether the packet has been delivered to me or not how can the paytm investigating team can confirm that right product which I had ordered has been delivered to me on the basis of proof of delivery. Either the paytm investigating team is an illiterate team or they are thinking I am an illiterate person who will not pursue for his right.
On receiving the same I again emailed to paytm care regarding my issue and raised the same concerned how could paytm investigating team can assume on the basis of POD that right product has been delivered to me but instead I received an email that my mail is not being monitored by paytm care representative any more.
This is a sheer case of fraud done by paytm the burnt of which is being bear by me.
I am writing this letter in order to seek your help to raise my grievance through your platform about the fraud which has been committed against me by paytm and help me in getting back my hard earned money for which I will be very grateful to your TV Channel and especially the program which help the consumer like me in time like this when our country is about to go to digital and the medium use to go to digital is committing fraud against the consumer.
