I Purchased a hand bag ORDER NO. 1162482399and School bag 1162497441 from Paytm . but i recieved wrong item from PAYTM.However I was wondaring that both item they delivered wrong(opened t package in front of courier man).This is highly annoying and dis-satisfactory as neither i m getting replace my product nor return the product.I am really fed-up and upset with this behavior of the seller.I am lodging my complaint for the second time.last time i had same issue.but i didnt raise t complaint becose some time it happen. so let them go.but this time I am ready to return the order and ready to take a legal action against seller and Paytm .Please let me know the resolution.
I won’t order again from this seller and paytm for next time
