First of all, i want to say customer service of paytm is pathetic. i have complained many times but they never care to send even a simple reply. i have placed many order in September 2017, and a few of them were canceled and refund were initiated but i never got any of them till date. the following refund related smses were received from your paytm.

1) SBIFSS just gave us a reference number ARN: 74678447277000002396492 for successful refund of Rs
1139.00 from Paytm to your bank account.

(2) SBIFSS just gave us a reference number ARN: 74678447273000002012903 for successful refund of Rs
22.55 from Paytm to your bank account.
Please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number.

(3) SBIFSS just gave us a reference number ARN: 74678447263000001941666 for successful refund of Rs
1349.00 from Paytm to your bank account.
Please contact your bank for any further query quoting this number.

(4) SBIFSS just gave us a reference number ARN: 74678447263000001941781 for successful refund of Rs
729.00 from Paytm to your bank account.

237.00 from Paytm to your bank account.

275.00 from Paytm to your bank account.

I think this a fraud. because i have talk to my bank branch also and they don’t have any information on it..

So, i lost around Rs. 4000 for the orders above. Its a n eye opener for me, never trust this seller
