I am not getting the refund of returned product. They are claiming that they haven’t received the product yet. Firstly, they delivered the wrong product in both the orders and refund issues.
I have returned 2 products on 22 Dec, 2017 to the Blue dart courier service on the behalf of PayTM. I have already provided the details of both the courier boys to whom i have delivered the items. But they didn’t provide any returned slip. I have got the refund of one product by next day but didn’t get the refund of the second product.
After complaining so many times along with the chain mails, they conclude that they didn’t received the item, hence they are closing the complaint.
I can provide the video recording at the time of returning the items of both the courier boys.
