Sir, I attend a call on 29 july that was from a fraudulent person so that 12275₹ was deducted from my a/c . They were deducted through paytm and I told to paytm about it on 31 july. They reported it. But does not take serious action on it. The fraudulent person shopping mobile from paytm site as online booking and pay the rupees for that. But till paytm does not act on it seriously. Now when mobile is delivered then they told send me the details of that person’s order. For my further investigation . they can cancelled his order with apply refunds to me but they did not do this. So I claim on paytm that it is also a fraud company that fraud with there users.
