My request to return a product order no-3924619943 has been accepted by Paytm but did not attain . I have reminded them regarding their delaying of pick up . But they assured me that they arranged a offline pick up and attain soon. But finally one email came with mentioned that return request has been cancelled due to following reason but there were no reason mentioned. After that again I asked the reason and again requested them to fulfil their promise to return. But they didnot answer not remain quite so far.
