Hi Team,
I have purchased an item in paytm on 21st sept and I received the wrong item on delivery. Shown one and sent other on the paytm. Requested for return on 1st week of oct, since that time item is not picked up and refund is not processed. Customer service is not ready resolve the issue. We have many bad feedback’s in this regards.
