On 20th july i ordered 5 product out of which one was premium beauty talc 300g buy 1get 1 offer .which i recived of 26th afternoon i opened the box which was perfectly packed and inside i saw there was only 1 unit .so i immediately mailed to paytm but after my 4 mail’s and 1 phone call to customer care i recived reply from paytm they would refund me half the money as comansate .i agreed i replied to them that was almost 28th july when i recived this mail .then i thought they wil do so but no again on 29 they mailed me to retun the product as their partner cannot pay money back .but it was 3 days almost and mail for compansation i opened the product then how can i retun it.then alsoi asked them to send me the remaing unit but still its 3rd of august nothing i have recived from paytm nor money or product please help
