A damaged product return request was raised on Aug 17 thru paytm app. Only once the customer service desk sent email asking for details but later have not heard back from them since then on providing all required information. They are so useless that no one even responds to email ,twitter tweets and help desk only gives an assurance that we will receive a call back. Help desk is reachable only during the odd hours of the day that is in morning at 6 am else it’s impossible to get connected to help desk. I have called help desk twice, written about a dozen of emails and tweeted several times but have not heard back from them even once.
