Dear sir., I am purchased Balck eagle car rear view monitor from Paytm. Invoice number 86952-/2016-17/2567. After using 3 months the product become not working. As I informed the concerned customer care. But the replay was the product will be replaced only in 15 days. While I received the product I was working and I fitted in my car that time no need of replacement.
But after 3 months it was become dead by the fact that the above mentioned product used very rarely, only the time of Reversing the car.
On this product warranty paper it is clearly mentioned about the warranty. Also printed as 12 months from the date of purchase.
21-03-2017 is the purchase date and delivery fitting extra taken more time from the date
I am here attaching the proofs for the same
