Order for a washing machine was placed on Paytm site. A cash back of 5000 was confirmed at the time of order but same was not given, later on complaint cash back of 3100 was promised but same is also not given and now it is observed that machine is defective and no return is requested. They are saying they do not accept return for defective product only return is requested for damaged product.
