I brought a datacard on 23rd aug’2015, which despatched on 25th aug’2015 but till today I have not received the item. called bluedart they saying its an issue with sales tax paper.

I post complaint two times with paytm

1) on 5th Sep’2015 Ticket #111795779 They Replied “We have raised a complaint with the concerned team to resolve this issue. We will get back to you with an update in next 72 hrs.” BUT after 72hrs No result, so I asked them again

2) on 8th Sep’2015 they replied : “I’d like to inform that as per the concerned department your product will be delivered within next 24-48 hrs.”

Its almost 20 days and given time is over but I don’t have the product which I paid for neither they refund my money.

My Questions is, if paytm don’t have the capacity, manpower, management or efficiency to selling product online, why they still on Net ? If you are reading this please consider some other seller or e-commerce site before selecting paytm or else you and your money will put to ICU for 72 hours and then 48 hrs ….
