Paytm/HP envy 15 k203tx notebook – damaged product

This is with regards to the return request which i have raised with Paytm against the order number #1130356535, Item Id # 1170594717
I have tried every way to get this return possible every time they come up with some silly reasons or solutions .like keep the damaged product we will give you 700 as the token of apology or send more pictures everytime
Whatever I do these people are not helping out I am stuck here from past 2 weeks
More than that no one ever called or came to even notice the issue
All the time is just some silly emails not even a single call .evertime 48 hrs and 7days time
I am really harassed by their behaviour
I already paid for the product and I am an architecture student and I can’t even use that laptop and buy from somewhere else because they don’t care.

Sir please help me out here
There is a lot of money on stake here
My dad somehow managed to put together this much to buy me a good laptop
And I just stuck
I have mailed 10s of times sir but only reply I get in emails are forwards.

Help please anyone!;
