Dear Sir,

Facing fraud issue again and again.

I Ordered some product by Flipkart, But they unable to send my exact product so I am waiting for the refund.
Today’s I have received fake call Payzapp(Mr. Rahul Tripathi- 9718475682). He told me that if i want my refund against the Flipkart Order, so i share some account details with him. He want my Credit Card number which i shared with him. then after he want CVV number or OTP but I denied for to give him of the details.

After some time I have received a OTP and sudden 2 more msg of 2000rs and 2000rs overall 4000rs deduction from my credit card. I called him again or informed him about the deduction. So he told me that after 24 hrs, FLIPKART initiate my complete refund(FLIPKART REFUND 6499+4000RS which deduct) into Payzapp. I told him that I have record this call then he disconnect the call and now the number is switched off. I searched his number on true caller it shows””C10 Cheddi””.
I called to Payzapp Customer Care but the number is not reachable after some time 1 more call received by Mr. Rahul Kumar; 9064205480. When i searched this number on true caller its shows from West Bengal and told me that he reimburse my complete amount of Rs 4000 which deduct by credit card but he want my credit card number, expiry date and cvv number. I think it’s a fake call so i shouted him then he disconnect the that.

I called to Payzapp Customer Care so many times, after so many attempt, my call is successfully connected with Payzapp Customer Care Excutive Mis Tejaswani.
I spoken her or informed complete incident, she identify complete transaction and told me that overall 2 transaction of Rs 2000 has been done and the money added with 2 Payzapp application. Both Payzapp application are registered from my number.
How is it possible?? It mean’s Payzapp application is not secure for the customer.

She checked both Payzapp Account balance.
In 1st Payzapp Account,
Fraud person used 1872 rs from 1 Payzapp account and the remaining balance is 128 rs is pending in that Payzapp account.
In second Payzapp account,

2000 rs available, I told her, plz reimburse remaining amount from both Payzapp account into my credit card account. She reimburse the amount 128+2000 rs through both Payzapp into my account and it will be credit into my account within 8-10 days.

I told her that have any option of Rs 1872 reimburse into my account. Which already used by fraud person though 1st Payzapp account. She told me, i complaint on Cyber Cell Payzapp.

Now its my humble request, plz reimburse my complete amount of 4000 rs(2000+1872+128)into my credit card account… Because the fraud person was related by Payzapp. He know complete details of my account.

I have already filled FIR on cyber crime or UP police.
Sir, I want justice, want help of consumer court. Please help me.
