I have purchase a double cot bed with storage on 24th Sep’2016 through pepperfry.com of HOMETOWN product. They promised to delivery the product on 19th Oct to 22th Oct’2016. Still now they have not sent the product. I spoke with customer care people of pepperfry, each time each person saying different answers which is not relevent to one other.
One funniest thing is that pepperfry people will call and say that today your product is going to delivery and within the few hours HOME TOWN people will call and say that your product is still not received it will take few more days. I am shocked what these people is saying?
Every day I am talking with pepperyfry people through live chat each person checking the status and informing that there is no update so concern people will call you by tomorrow and inform you. Next day one fellow will call from pepperfry and asks me that is your product has delivered? I will say no then he will immediately says just give a time, I will contact to Home town people and come back to you, that’s it the story ends for that day.
While chating with pepperfry people, these fellows offering the 10% if I wait until the product has delivered but they can not assure the number of days. These people at least do not have information about product location also.
One senior person called me on Saturday i.e.,(29-10-2016) and promised that product will delivered on Monday i.e., 1-11-2016,if not, then she gave me a mail i.d to inform her but that mail id is fake, mails are not going to delivered to recipient.
I have mailed this issue to pepperfry CEO, but still I did not get any mail from him also.
Hance, Please file a complaint so these type of peoples will not play with customers like me.
