Pepperfry has very pathetic service. Bought two product Nd both was really bad.. I found the sofa which I ordered from them was damaged on the same day of delivery.. they offered me a settlement amount which I accepted as the damage was at behind and a minor one. After 2-3 months, again I found a problem in sofa . I approached to pepperfry customer care bt did not get any help from them. Instead they told me that since they hv already done the settlement at that time so now they wll not do anything in that regard. Even if u r getting any problem second time,we can’t help u in that. I tried to convince them that at first time I agreed on their offer that dose not mean thatI am not eligible for the complaint if found the goods damage. That also when my product is still under the warranty period. They clearly told me that I will not help u any way.. You have to call your own carpenter Nd help yourself. Their customer service are so bad. I will request u all not to buy anything from pepperfry.com. They will take your money Nd in return u wll get very bad product. Most surprising they do not have any return, refund or exchange policy. So if u found any problem during the delivery then it’s ok but if u found any problem latter on them do not hope for any help in this regard. They just want to cheat the customer. I got cheated from them twice unfortunately Nd now decided no to buy anything from them and neither will recommend anyone for them. I am also planing to file consumer case against them.
