Hi,

I am holding a credit card with Rakbank. I missed the payment for the first time this month. I always had a good track of repaying the amount This is the fist time that I missed my credit card payment and I raised a request for the reversal as this was not knowinlgy. I have paid back the entire amount as well. But still the bank has discarded the reversal request. This is quite disgusting about the Rakbank service.

It is very genuine that the customer should be eligible for a one time wave off of the late payement fee. The amount to be paid was AED238 while I am charged 249 late payment and finance charges above the billed amount

This is quite in appropriate. Please consider me as an unsatisified customer and a very unpleasant experience with RakBank ; though I possess many other credit cards.

Having said, this leads me to cut off my all ties with the Rakbank by cancelling the credit card and discouraging all my friend circle to never opt for this type of unpleasant services.
