Their executive came, gave understanding on dog training services and subscribed us to their rs 20k package on their app which was for 30 sessions in 3 months. Next day trainer came for 1st session, thereafter no one came no one picked up call. Their customer service gives false reason and then no one comes. Have sent 15+ emails but they have standard reply on their refund policy and no reply on why services not being provided.
