Hello this complaint is against company petmojo gurgaon , i sent my dog there for aggressive behaviour training and they said my dog will completely learn all the things and obey me and minimum three four months will take for them to teach my dog so they insisted me to buy their 3 months package i said i will pay in monthly basis and they said 12000 rs for a month.. but as time passed only food videos were being sent nothing else training or anything they promised they just keep asking for money for every month .. after 2 months i noticed that my dog is looking weak and i asked them why he is looking so weak they said that he got sick and had diaorrhea nothing else and he is now recovering but the thing was he was suffering from tick fever and they didn’t get him tested .. they used to lock him for several days and he was lying in his own pee and poop and one day i said that i want my dog back as i am not getting any good response and they said ok then after a day when there van came to my house.. i was shocked to see my dog that he wasn’t able to stand up and was merely 12kgs weight.. he was 40 kgs when i sent him there.. then i rushed him to nearby vet and they said to check is cbc and kft and lft and reports came evening and is Haemoglobin level was only 3 gms.. doctors said he will not survive.. its a long story i want to sue them
