I Have Booked Train Ticket Through Irctc App And Made Payment Via Phonepe. Amount Is Deducted From My Bank Account But Booking Not Confirmed, So I Contact Phonepe Care They Said, Sometimes Irctc Will Take 24 Hrs To Update. Now Its More Than 24 Hrs And Irctc Showing Status As ” Pending From Bank Pend ‘” I.E Phonepe. Now The Phonepe Personal Saying We Will Give You Update By 13th Oct. Which Is My Journey Date. I Asked Them What Will I Do If You Give Update After Chart Preparation, They Said, Book Another Ticket, And If The Previous Transaction Become Successful I Wont Get Any Refund.
I Understand There May Be Some Technical Issue But Their Approach Is Disappointing Because I Am Facing Inconvenience And Financial Loss.
