Dear Sir,

Myself Arshad from Thane maharashtra,On Dated 02/10/2017,i have booked bus from mumbai to thane Payment of Rs-1393 for Order ID-254500, was deducted from Phonepe App but ticket was not generated so i tried again for same place this time Ticket was generated but for same Order Id-254500.
so i contacted to Phonepe for refund but they r not resonding even after passing of two months…….
i have thread of mail & attachment i will send if required…………..
