I had paid 399rs for my Jio number recharge on PHONEPE app dated-13/10/2017 and since then nor my recharge was successful neither my money got refunded and its been 3 days. When I am trying to call their customer support team I get no reply, I think they have provided a wrong customer support number which is 01246789345.
