Sir,
I retired from my govt. Job in the year 2012. After my retirement i had invested my hard earned money with m/s piyush global-i & piyush infrastructure india pvt. Ltd (Piyush group) faridabad, with a view to get higher returns. And whatever amount i had received from my department, a bulk amount (Near about rs.19, 00000/-) i had invested with m/s piyush group, with their above two different project.
But more than last 3 (Three) years company is not paying me any interest (Assured return). Even they are not refunding my principal amount. Innumerable time i visited their faridabad office and requesting them to refund my principal amount, as per the agreement signed between us. But they are not paying any attention on my request.
क्या उपभोक्ता शिकायत संगठन/एजेंसी केवल शिकायत करने के लिए एक मंच है? यदि संगठन धोखाधड़ी करने वाले बिल्डर के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई करने की स्थिति में नहीं है, तो उस संगठन को चलाने का उद्देश्य क्या है। मेसर्स पीयूष ग्रुप, फरीदाबाद (पीयूष ग्लोबल- I), के खिलाफ बार-बार शिकायत के बाद भी, बिल्डर के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। और न ही कभी मेरी राशि 1900000 / – (रुपए उन्नीस लाख) की वसूली / वापसी की कोशिश की।
कम से कम संगठन / एजेंसी बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति को कुछ राहत प्रदान कर सकती है, जो 68 वर्ष का है।
