We have been paying installments since last 12 years and paid upto 95% of all anhanced cost many times and the pocession is getting away and away. Ther is no new as when we will have the pocession of the land.
To call them there is no one lifting the phone to answer, and even there is no one available in the office to answer the pocession date.
Last letter received from them was over many years, whennthey basked for then last payment and swaid that within few months the pocession will be given. Either they are DEAD are lost in HELL.
