I have made payment 95% of the project cost. My flat no. E113 / tf in piyush rosette at bhiwadi – alwar by pass road rajasthan.
Builder is in jail in some financial case. But as customer we are wondering here & there no one is there to listen us.
Please advise me that
1) to whom i should contact?
2) what is the status of this builder, govt. Should take up this project. We are suffering & no body is there from builder side to take action for our complaint?
3) what is the legal action against the builder we can proceed with?
