I had booked a flat in piyush rosette and have made all the payments demanded by them from time to time. 75% of the payment has already been paid by me along with edc / idc charges as and when demanded. As per the agreement the flat was to be delivered with 24 months from the date of booking.in case the delivery was not made within the stipulated period they were required to pay rs. 5 per sq ft per month as compensation for late delivery. Neither have they paid the amount nor have they given the possession even after 6 years of booking.
