PlanetSpark – Not responding properly

I was compelled to enroll in their course and pay the fee on August 15, 2023, when they claimed they had a Independence Day offer. I paid INR 31700 for one-on-one writing lessons.

My husband disagreed with this program after hearing about it from my daughter, who is too busy to attend any online classes. He asked that the program be canceled and my money returned within a couple of days.

I’ve called the marketing representative and sent multiple emails (Ticket #156797) to the customer support email ID, sending pre-written mass replies, but neither action has helped me find a solution to my problem.

I therefore want to voice my dissatisfaction with the Planetspark company and sales staff.
