Planet Spark – Not refunding the payment despite of discontinued classes

I wanted to have online spoken English classes for my kid who is in class 4. I found Planet Spark in online search and I approached them for the same. When they contacted me I asked for a demo class. I found the class useful and then I agree for enrollment. The company representative Mr Rohan Singh then had a video call with me, my wife and my child explaining the process.He also showed some reference videos and told us that the schedule of classes are flexible, and many features that were attractive.He also told that if we don’t like to continue we can anytime cancel the enrollment. After two classes I found that my child is not interested in online classes and is not able to use many features available which were quite advanced for him. On this basis when I asked the company through mail, through their portal to cancel the enrollment their representative is insisting to continue classes further for atleast ten days and then only cancellation will be processed. Such conditions were never told by Mr Rohan at time of enrollment.They have charged a big amount and now making unnecessary conditions for refund causing harassment to me.
