This is in reference to the service rendered by PNB up until this point, which caused mental torture.

The issues listed below have occurred to date, but no one has taken any action or provided a response: Bank, customer service, Nodal officers, Ombudsman, RBI, and HFC. Need action right away because I’m already taking legal action. – The interest was changing internally in the month of June 2023, and according to RBI guidelines, it should be either 3 months or 6 months.

Without providing a justification, the bank internally changed the interest rate and tenure from 8% to 10% and from 25 to 30 years. No correct responses have been given thus far.

I need proof of every additional fee the bank assessed and proof of their dishonest behavior. They demanded that I pay more than Rs. 2000 for conversion after I requested that the interest rate be reduced.

What a terrible Nodal officer or higher department they have—it hasn’t been reviewed yet.

The preclosure and loan transfer I requested were delayed.

When I went to the bank to raise the issue, Sowmya from the bank (PNB Marathahalli) did not give an explanation; instead, she said that the internal team would call me in two working days, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

We were spoken to in a pathetic and haughty manner by Abhishek from the bank (PNB Marathahalli), who warned us not to close the loan or I would be charged more.

Any customer should not receive this response from the bank.

Once more, Abhishek from the bank (PNB Marathahalli) was rude, pitiful, and haughty, telling us that he couldn’t handle the transactions and that he wouldn’t accept the closing request on August 18th while providing a closure amount of 49 lakhs.

After we went to the branch with a check, the bank charged us Rs. 49,59,000 without ever telling us.

The bank forced me to pay, and it wasn’t in accordance with RBI guidelines. I require the additional sum that was wrongfully charged.

After I paid off the bank’s debts, they told me to wait 10 working days before picking up the documents, but when I went to the bank to pick them up, they were missing 5 of the original documents that were listed in LOD.

Since they don’t know why the documents aren’t in the bank, they are requesting a wait. They needed to consult a third party.

I paid all outstanding debts, and the bank promised to send me my original documents for a home loan within two days (on August 23, 2023).

Abhishek for treating customers in the worst way possible and Sowmya for not responding in a suitable manner. I need a letter of apology for this.

As there has been no appropriate response from the Nodal office, Ombudsman, RBI, or HFC, I need a response before I can proceed legally with this issue. A lawyer will send an official letter regarding this.

For reference on the resolution, I have copied the Nodal Officer, RBI, and HFC on this email.
