This is reference to my housing loan with his particular branch mentioned above.
We requested for foreclosure statement more than 1 month back but till now no proper response in cmg from them..
1 mail recvd from them stating it will take 21 working days but now it’s more than month we are still waiting for same.
We are Nri staying out of India…we visited the branch also in between the staff Mr Pranav..told us they can’t do anything it’s all centralised we have to wait.We requested to meet branch Manager..which he denied.
Iam trying to contact the branch but no one picks call.
It’s not easy for us to travel again n again to India.
More than 1 month..we are just waiting n trying to connect branch staff or manager but nothing is working..
Pathetic is the word for this branch of punjab housing finance vasundra gaziabad.
