I received a bill from Professional Parking Management . The bill was for $45 something dollars to park for 3 hours I did not see any signs I never paid before I did not know I have to download any application for that. Anyway I was going to pay on line when I see that the amount was $ 95 something in the system . I sent and email to dispute the charges and I received an automatical reply that they were going to respond in 30 days . Tomorrow will be the 30 days and I did not receive any respond . This will affect my DL and I will have to pay more, there is not any phone number no Customer service . Only the option to pay . This is a scam . No person , no reply how the City can allow this Companies to work .
