I was trying to recharge my mobile no. 9440560440 by searching the Bsnl prepaid recharge web site under Rs 319/- combo plan. I was told to pay Rs 310/ -I paid the amount through internet banking of SBI. The amount was deducted from account on 29-7-2021. But Neither the mobile was recharged nor any communication received. I was to recharge my mobile through another channel. I request you to kindly credit the amount charged Rs 310/- to my bank account with out any further delay.
