Hi, im having a unsettled dues for 2months already as of today and early this day i was able to talked to this rude agent so i requested to speak wth the mgr and it was ok after i requested for a settlement due to my financial condition but he refuses to offer settlement without paying the my dues within today. I politely responded over phone that i dont have money now and requested to pay by next month when i recieve my salary. Again he refused to have settlement without paying instantlyt the amount of approx 2, 000 aed. He further added that they cant contact me thru my email and provided number hence i have explained to them that my simcard was lost for more than a month and just today i manage to found it at my daughters bag. We ended our conversation with his terms that i should pay today the amount of 2, 000 approx which i did not commit with him and told him as well that he may proceed with his next stage of collection if i will not be able to pay. We ended the call around 12nn. Time comes to 4pm and we were so busy in the office this agent has called me again forcing me to pay the same amount which have been discussed already with his manager, i have explained again to him the situation and same time have requested him to call back in an hour after office timings. He kept calling me non stop during our work around more than 15 times and for last time i pick up his call and again requested to call after office hrs. He never stops so i ignored his call for i am still working in office. When i got home around 6.30pm this same guy called so i picked up my phone and aswered him, yet again the same thing he keeps on telling me to pay in a very unprofessional manner. I told him not to shout and not to speak to in this manner but he kept talking at loud voice shouting and asking me what time is it? Where is your payment? What time is it?… same thing again and again with high pitch of voice. I explained to this agent that i already told your manager so if i am not able to pay today he may escalate my case to higher collection dept, which what he was saying. Till i Lost my patience with this damn guy for shouting at me, i have said okay i will not listen to anyone of you do your thing and il file a complaint. Asking him to give his name but he refused to. May i ask you, is this the right manner to talk to your customers? I have been a verygood customer with rakbank but this is really i cannot tolerate. I was asking for a settlement with them and willing to submit all proof and requirements but how will i deal with this kind of agent? This is harassment and i know my rights. I am more than willing to do a settlement with the bank yet this kind of agent who has been very rude unprofessional call it what you want to call it but really unacceptable. To Rakbank management i am requesting this Settlement with you with all kindness but please educate your staff and agents to properly deal with your customers. In some case being rude can be applicable to people who really does not have he intention to pay back to the bank but not to people who are willing to have an amicable settlement.
