I called bank to check full outstanding on my credit card in order to close the credit card and bank officer told me it is nearly 4800 to be paid and to be settled before my statement date.i paid full amount and called bank again to confirm the payment and said that I will received call after 2 days. Which today i received call in order to close my card but officer from bank said there some amount I need pay which I really got disappointed because I’m sure I paid full amount and before statement date. Kindly do the needful and to close my card.
