My name is nisha kunnath ( credit card holder – 5270 3976 3451 6003)
As agreed with the terms from your one of the staff mr. Tejas ( al qusais office) i have settled the dues of this credit card.

I was requesting to Mr. Tejas thru emails ( almost 5 reminders) to get the card closure documents, but, he not even respond to any of my emails.

Also i have visited his office in al qusais, They put me on wait almost 90 minutes, couldnt met him .

I would appreciate if you can help me to get this closure documents to prove my non liability with rak bank
