Good morning!
I already made an arrangement with Ms. Ekta from your collections team last June 18, 2017 and we agreed that I will only pay the AED5, 000 principal amount of my credit card for 3 months and payment will start end of June and will be finished end of August 2017. I already made 2 payments as per our agreement (AED1, 000 and AED, 500) last payment will be AED2, 500 by end of this month, August. But I’m still receiving SMS notifications from your bank saying that my card is 2 months over due and just today I received a SMS cheques will be issued and cash will not be accepted effective September 1. I believe this is because your system is not updated and not synchronized. Ms. Ekta called me few weeks ago and told me to just ignore the notifications, but as a customer it’s not good to receive this notifications anymore because it might mislead the customer. Better treat your customers well and be considerate too.
