My Credit card has been write off and closed in 2012 with a no liability letter from RAK bank.
The last time I approached for a loan I was informed by the Credit Bureau that my payments with RAK bank have been defaulted. I have a raised the concern thorough the Customer service team under ref 15728789 with no favourable reply nor an update.
Would appreciate if the matter is looked in and reverted with an update, Thanks
