The bank has charged me advance fees which I complained already
Customer service online refuse to take May complaint in account this is clear in terms and condition
Yet I have not made any advance but paid an online merchant.
The bank has manipulated the transaction as cash advance and claiming this is master card fee.
I contacted the branch and went to central bank to verify.
Today I am confronted with incompetent people who do not have notion of service and banking concepts and bluntly answering customer and using a shocking tone.
I cancel my card with such a service and went to complaint to central bank and the CSA manager was so nicely rude to tell me go ahead. This is your service!!!
