We had updated out trade license last year.It was after a lot of struggle and procedures that we had manged to update our details last year.

Now after renewing our trade license with the same details and no changes whatsoever, when we are trying to update the trade license in bank, we are being told that there is a ‘PROFILE CHANGE’.This is quite alarming, since we first received the email from bank stating that the system has been updated and later another mail is received saying that the system has not been updated due to ‘PROFILE CHANGES’.It is disturbing because, as mentioned before, there has absolutely been no changes made to our profile.

Kindly look into this matter on an urgent basis as we do not wish to waste our time on this matter again this year.Hoping to hear from you soon.
