the owner of these company Mr. Tarun Kanodia, they don’t have fund to provide salary for their employee. from August 2012 employee didn’t get their salary, Mr. Kanodia says to every one I’ll provide you on that day and this process is continue from last 4 month, Many employee left the Company because of this.

Mr. Kanodia has 1 more company named TATHASTU INFOTECH, it’s a IT training institute, they provide training or making fool to students as well as college, they says to all they will provide you 100% job to our associated company but they don’t have.

They hire employee to Ralant Technology but give them work to teach student of Tathastu Infotech, if student not satisfied with that person Mr. Kanodia terminate him without any notice and didnt provide him salary.
